It’s cool to celebrate the 4th of July from the other side of the globe. As I think of our freedom, I think of the Romanian people who lived under communism. The way that system killed and oppressed these awesome folks. As I walk from our apartment to the places we meet, every turn is a reminder what a destructive thing communism is. Glad they can celebrate Dec. 22 as their independence day!
Happy 4th to you all! Blow somehting up for me (please keep all your fingers)

Sorry we missed you both times. Great to hear your voice. These blogs and pictures were worth waiting for. Lots of people here praying for you all. I will be calling Brandy today. Take care.

Comment by Julie July 6, 2008 @ 2:26 pmWe’ll see you at the airport (DIA) and take Selah back!
Look forward to hearing all about your experience – after you sleep…
Love you all!
Ray, my friend!
Thank you so much for your input in the life of our church and city. Your ministry is amazing, and it is demonstrated by your influence in the lives of the youth you have brought with you to Romania.
Thank you also for your help with getting us started with the web address for Romania For Jesus. Both Pastor Ploscaru and I have a working dream weaver program and are ready to make the next steps toward bilding what you have started.
For everything you are and do, we give thanks to the Lord and are deeply grateful to you.
Beause of Calvary,
Your sister and friend,
Elena Bogdan
